Tim Fanstone brings more than four decades of architectural experience serving the Design-Build sector and has designed over 250 buildings across a wide range of project types, often for repeat clients. His expertise includes both conventional and pre-engineered structural solutions.
Andy Ghadban is a seasoned structural engineering and business leader with over four decades of experience spanning technical design, project management, corporate development, and executive oversight. Since 2016, he has served as Vice President at Remy Consulting Engineers Ltd., where he leads the Structural Engineering Department and has extensive experience in the structural design of steel and concrete buildings, seismic analysis, construction coordination, and project management. Andy spent several years with Butler Manufacturing and BlueScope Buildings in progressively senior global positions where he gained a wealth of knowledge related to design-build of both Pre-engineered and Conventional steel structures.
REMY Consulting Engineers has been providing engineering consulting services for over twenty-three (23) years, supported by deep expertise in building science and related disciplines. Our services are related to the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of buildings, transportation, structural and other civil infrastructure, as well as mechanical and electrical engineering services, in both the public and private sectors. Our client base has included Architects, Engineers, Building Owners, Design-Builders, Building Service Providers, Developers, Universities, Colleges and Hospitals.
